A Devastatingly Accurate IT Party Game

Critical Fix is a fast, chaotic party game set in a fluorescent-lit data center where fried CPUs, unplugged cables, and questionable workplace decisions become everyone’s problem. Fix tickets, then watch your coworkers “help” as they all chip in to sabotage, steal credit, or just re-break your fixes.

What's In The BOX!!!

  • 6 sets of 6 player tokens (36)
  • Critical-Fix Rule Book
  • Around 200 cards
  • 1 6-sided die

An IT workplace theme that feels painfully familiar

Remember that time   ---[REDACTED]---  dropped the new crazy expensive CPU on the Motherboard pins?
Or when you fought with a stripped screw for 4 hours!! Just to run out of time and someone else STOLE!! credit for the fix?

Testing Phase: because nothing is ever truly fixed

You finally fix a Ticket. Great. Now it goes into Testing for one full round. That means everyone else gets a turn to sabotage it, reopen it, or steal the credit. The moment you feel safe is the moment your coworkers show their true colors.

Reopen it. Troubleshoot it. Make it worth more. Pray it doesnt get stolen.

In Critical Fix, Tickets get continually “improved" as players reopen and "troubleshoot" tickets. Every time a Ticket is reopened, its value increases, tempting the whole table to escalate the chaos instead of letting anyone have nice things.

No IT Degree Required

You don’t need to know why it's always DNS to enjoy ruining your friends' plans. The humor captures the universal chaos of surviving a workday. Blinking lights, endless complaints, and coworkers saying "Hey, quick question." It’s the perfect game for anyone who enjoys a little competitive sabotage.

Painstakingly Drawn By Hand

Endless style meetings and revisions shaped almost 100 unique, hand-crafted card illustrations. Zero AI, just effort.
